Google Sheets is Google's online spreadsheet app, part of Google Workspace. Teams use it to collect, calculate, and analyze data together, with formulas, charts, pivot tables, and real-time collaboration.
With the Google Sheets integration, you can ask about the totals, trends, or outliers in a spreadsheet, then fill in cells, adjust formulas, add a chart, or reorganize sheets from Omnifact without opening the spreadsheet yourself. Users sign in with their own Google account and only see and change spreadsheets they have access to in Google Sheets.
Google offers this integration as a preview. It may change, and your organization may need to enroll with Google before using it.

Omnifact reads a spreadsheet, answers questions about its numbers, and updates it in the same conversation. Finance gets monthly totals per cost center, operations has duplicate rows cleaned out of an export, and a sales manager gets a weekly summary from the pipeline sheet. Omnifact works with the spreadsheet live, so you never paste data into the chat.
Yes. Ask for totals, trends, or outliers, for example which cost center is over budget, which month had the most returns, or how two tabs compare. Omnifact reads the sheets and answers in plain language. Because it fetches the data when you ask, the answer always reflects the current state of the spreadsheet.
Yes. Describe what you need, such as a running total, a lookup across two tabs, or a sum per category, and Omnifact writes the formula into the right cell. It can also fix a formula that returns the wrong result or fill a whole column. Anyone who knows what the sheet should show, but not the exact formula, gets there in one request.
Exactly the spreadsheets you can already open in Google Sheets, including ones shared with you. Everyone signs in with their own Google account, so Omnifact works with each person's own permissions and never through a shared admin account. You can disconnect your Google account from Omnifact at any time.
Yes. By default, updating cells, writing formulas, or removing a sheet waits for your confirmation in the chat, so you review every change before it lands in a spreadsheet your team relies on. Reading and analyzing run right away. Admins decide which actions are allowed or need confirmation.
Your Google Sheets content stays in Google Sheets under your agreement with Google. Omnifact reads spreadsheets live when a request needs them, instead of copying or indexing your spreadsheets in advance, and what it reads becomes part of that conversation. Omnifact is operated in Germany, business data is not used to train the connected AI models, and admins can limit Omnifact to European or Europe-hosted models.
Your IT team first sets up a one-time connection in Google. Google currently offers this through an early access program that your organization joins. An Omnifact admin then adds Google Sheets once for the whole organization, and everyone signs in with their own Google account.
Connect Google Sheets and the other tools your team already uses, and let Omnifact look up information and take care of everyday tasks.
