Google Docs is Google's online word processor, part of Google Workspace. Teams can write and edit the same document at the same time, with comments, suggested edits, and version history built in.
With the Google Docs integration, you can have a long Google Doc summarized or compared with another source, then add a section, revise passages, or insert content prepared in Omnifact directly in the document instead of copying text back and forth. Edits can be made directly or as suggestions for you to accept in Google Docs. Users sign in with their own Google account and only see and change documents they have access to in Google Docs.
Google offers this integration as a preview. It may change, and your organization may need to enroll with Google before using it.

Omnifact reads a Google Doc and works on it directly, so you never copy text back and forth. Summarize a long policy, compare it with another document, add a new section, or rewrite a weak paragraph. Omnifact can also add tables, headings, and comments, and it can make edits as suggestions that you accept or reject in Google Docs.
Point Omnifact to the Google Doc with your meeting notes and say what you need, for example a status report with headings, action items, and a table of owners and deadlines. Omnifact reads the notes, writes the report, and adds it to the document in the right place. Ask for a shorter or more formal version in the same conversation.
Yes. By default, every change to a Google Doc waits for your confirmation in the chat, and admins decide which actions are allowed. Omnifact can also make its edits as suggestions, so you review each change in Google Docs and accept or reject it, and the document's version history lets you go back at any time.
Exactly the documents you can already open in Google Docs, including ones shared with you. Everyone signs in with their own Google account, so a document nobody has shared with you stays private, and Omnifact never works through a shared admin account. You can disconnect your Google account from Omnifact at any time.
Your Google Docs content stays in Google Docs under your agreement with Google. Omnifact reads documents live when a request needs them, instead of copying or indexing your documents in advance, and what it reads becomes part of that conversation. Omnifact is operated in Germany, business data is not used to train the connected AI models, and admins can limit Omnifact to European or Europe-hosted models.
Your IT team first sets up a one-time connection in Google. Google currently offers this through an early access program that your organization joins. An Omnifact admin then adds Google Docs once for the whole organization, and everyone signs in with their own Google account.
Connect Google Docs and the other tools your team already uses, and let Omnifact look up information and take care of everyday tasks.
