Box is a cloud content management platform for storing, sharing, and collaborating on files. Businesses use it to manage documents securely across teams and with external partners, with built-in workflows, e-signatures, and AI features.
Search the contracts, reports, and presentations stored in Box and get the key points of several files at once, without opening and reading each one yourself. The Box integration lets users search their files and folders, read documents, ask Box AI questions about them, and keep content organized directly from Omnifact. Users sign in with their own Box account and only see and change content they have access to in Box.
Find content by keyword, file type, metadata, or folder name.
See what a folder contains, along with the details, permissions, and version history of each file.
Use the text of a contract, report, or presentation stored in Box as context for a question.
Get answers and summaries from one file, several files, or a Box Hub, with citations where available.
Pull structured details such as parties, dates, or amounts out of contracts and invoices with Box AI.
Upload new files, create folders, and copy files or folders to another location.
Read and add comments on a file, and see its tasks, due dates, and collaborators.
List the hubs you can access, see what they contain, create new hubs, and add files or folders to them.

Ask in plain language, for example for the key points of every contract in a folder or a short summary of a quarterly report stored in Box. Omnifact finds the files, reads them, and answers in the chat, so you do not open each document yourself. Legal, finance, and sales teams do the same with their own folders.
Yes. Omnifact uses Box AI to extract details such as contract parties, renewal dates, notice periods, or invoice amounts from your Box files and returns them in the chat. Legal reviews renewal deadlines across a contracts folder, and finance checks invoice totals without copying numbers by hand.
Exactly the files, folders, and Box Hubs you can already open in Box. Everyone signs in with their own Box account, so colleagues never reach your folders through Omnifact, and nothing runs through a shared admin account. Anyone can disconnect their Box account again at any time.
You and your admins. By default, uploading a file, creating a folder, or copying content waits for your confirmation in the chat, while searching and reading run right away. Admins decide which Box actions are allowed, which need confirmation, and which are switched off, so a team can start with read-only use and expand later.
Your Box content stays in Box under your agreement with Box. Omnifact reads files live when a request needs them, instead of copying or indexing your Box content in advance, and what it reads becomes part of that conversation. Omnifact is operated in Germany, business data is not used to train the connected AI models, and admins can limit Omnifact to European or Europe-hosted models.
Your IT team first sets up a one-time connection in Box. An Omnifact admin then adds Box once for the whole organization, and everyone signs in with their own Box account. From then on, Box is available in every Omnifact conversation.
Connect Box and the other tools your team already uses, and let Omnifact look up information and take care of everyday tasks.
