Google Calendar is Google's calendar and scheduling app, part of Google Workspace. It lets users schedule meetings, invite attendees, share calendars, and check when colleagues are available.
With the Google Calendar integration, you can see your week at a glance, check meeting details and attendees, and find open slots for upcoming appointments across all calendars you have access to. Users sign in with their own Google account and only see calendars they have permissions for in Google Calendar.
Google offers this integration as a preview. It may change, and your organization may need to enroll with Google before using it.
Find meetings by date, title, or attendees, see their details, and get an overview of upcoming events across the calendars you use.
Check when you and your colleagues are available and get suggestions for meeting times.

Omnifact answers questions about your schedule in plain language. Ask for a summary of your week, who is invited to tomorrow's customer call, or when you have two free hours for focused work. Omnifact reads your events and availability and suggests times, while you create and move events in Google Calendar yourself, so your calendar only changes when you decide.
Ask Omnifact which meetings are coming up and what each one is about. Omnifact reads the title, time, attendees, and description of each event and can pull in context from your other connected tools, such as the latest ticket or deal notes for a customer call. A sales lead starts the day with a short briefing for every appointment.
Omnifact checks when you and your colleagues are free or busy and suggests slots that fit everyone, such as 45 minutes for a project kickoff next week. Free and busy times show availability without revealing what a meeting is about. The result follows what each colleague shares with you, and you send the invitation in Google Calendar yourself.
Exactly the calendars you can already open in Google Calendar, such as your own, team calendars, and calendars colleagues have shared with you. Everyone signs in with their own Google account, so nobody gets access through a shared admin account, and anyone can disconnect their account again at any time.
Your Google Calendar content stays in Google Calendar under your agreement with Google. Omnifact reads events live when a request needs them, instead of copying or indexing your calendars in advance, and what it reads becomes part of that conversation. Omnifact is operated in Germany, business data is not used to train the connected AI models, and admins can limit Omnifact to European or Europe-hosted models.
Your IT team first sets up a one-time connection in Google. Google currently offers this through an early access program that your organization joins. An Omnifact admin then adds Google Calendar once for the whole organization, and everyone signs in with their own Google account.
Connect Google Calendar and the other tools your team already uses, and let Omnifact look up information and take care of everyday tasks.
