Airtable is a platform for building databases and apps on spreadsheet-like tables organized into bases. Teams use it to track projects, inventories, content calendars, and requests, and to build interfaces and automations around that data.
Filter Airtable records with a plain question, such as all open requests from last month, and add or update records with details gathered in the conversation. With the Airtable integration, users can explore their bases, query and update records, and extend tables, interfaces, and automations directly from Omnifact. Users sign in with their own Airtable account and only see and change bases and records they have access to in Airtable.
See which bases, tables, and views you have access to and how their fields are structured.
Filter, sort, and search records, for example all open requests or the entries from last month.
Add records or change field values using information from the conversation, delete records, or undo a recent change.
Create bases and tables, add fields, and rename fields or edit formulas.
Create interfaces with dashboard, visualization, or record detail pages, and read the records they show.
See which fields a form requires and submit it with details from the conversation.
Review the automations in a base, and create or update automations with triggers, actions, and conditions.

Omnifact answers questions about your Airtable bases and keeps them up to date from the same chat. An operations lead lists last month's open requests, a content manager adds an entry to the editorial calendar, and a project owner sets up a new table with the right fields. Omnifact can also combine Airtable with your other connected tools in one conversation.
Yes. Ask the way you would ask a colleague, for example for all open requests from last month sorted by priority. Omnifact finds the matching records in your base and summarizes them, so you never have to build a view or filter first. Then ask follow-up questions or have Omnifact update the records it found.
Yes. Paste your meeting notes into the chat, and Omnifact adds the action items, requests, or leads as new records in the right table with the field values filled in. You review the entries and confirm them before they are written. Afterwards, ask Omnifact to change a status or correct a value.
Exactly what you can already see in Airtable. When you sign in, you choose whether to share all the bases you have access to or only specific ones, and you can change that later in Airtable. Your Airtable role still applies, and nothing runs through a shared admin account. Anyone can disconnect their account again at any time.
Yes. By default, creating, changing, or deleting a record, table, or field waits for your confirmation in the chat, while lookups run right away. Admins decide which Airtable actions are allowed, which need confirmation, and which are switched off, so a team can start with lookups and add more step by step.
Your Airtable data stays in Airtable under your agreement with Airtable. Omnifact reads records live when a request needs them, instead of copying or indexing your bases in advance, and what it reads becomes part of that conversation. Omnifact is operated in Germany, business data is not used to train the connected AI models, and admins can limit Omnifact to European or Europe-hosted models.
An Omnifact admin adds Airtable once for the whole organization, and everyone then signs in with their own Airtable account. There is nothing to prepare in Airtable. Anyone can disconnect their account again at any time.
Connect Airtable and the other tools your team already uses, and let Omnifact look up information and take care of everyday tasks.
