Miro is an online whiteboard for visual collaboration. Teams use its shared boards for workshops, brainstorming, diagrams, product planning, and prototyping.
The Miro integration lets you read what is on a board and get a structured summary of a workshop, reply to comments, or describe a process and have the diagram drawn on a new or existing Miro board, all from Omnifact. Users sign in with their own Miro account and only see and change the boards they have access to in Miro.
Search the boards you have access to by name.
Turn the sticky notes, frames, and diagrams on a workshop board into a structured summary, or find specific items on it.
Create a board, or describe a process or structure and have the diagram, shapes, and images added to a new or existing board.
Edit, rearrange, or remove items on a board based on your instructions.
Review comment threads on a board or item, reply to them, and resolve or reopen them.
Read the screens of a prototype or create a new prototype from screens you describe.

Omnifact reads, summarizes, and builds on your Miro boards from one conversation. A facilitator turns a retrospective board into themes and next steps, a product manager describes a user flow and gets it drawn as a diagram, and a project lead works through open comment threads. Omnifact can also combine Miro with your other connected tools in the same request.
Paste the link to the board into your message and ask for a summary, the main themes, or the open action items. Omnifact reads the sticky notes, frames, and comments and returns a structured list, such as the clusters from a retrospective or the decisions from a planning workshop. You can then send the action items straight on to your task tool.
Yes. Describe a process or structure in plain words, and Omnifact draws it as a diagram on a new or existing Miro board. This works for flowcharts, sequence diagrams, and data models, for example an onboarding process or a system overview. You see what Omnifact plans to add and confirm it before anything appears on the board.
Exactly the boards you can already open in Miro. Everyone signs in with their own Miro account and picks the Miro team that holds their boards, and Omnifact never works through a shared admin account. To work with boards from another team, sign in again and select that team. You can disconnect your account at any time.
Yes. By default, a new diagram, an edited frame, or a comment reply only appears on the board after you confirm it in the chat. Reading and searching boards run right away. Admins decide which Miro actions are allowed, which need confirmation, and which are switched off.
Your Miro content stays in Miro under your agreement with Miro. Omnifact reads boards live when a request needs them, instead of copying or indexing your boards in advance, and what it reads becomes part of that conversation. Omnifact is operated in Germany, business data is not used to train the connected AI models, and admins can limit Omnifact to European or Europe-hosted models.
An Omnifact admin adds Miro once for the whole organization, and everyone then signs in with their own Miro account. There is nothing to prepare in Miro. On a Miro Enterprise plan, a Miro admin first switches the connection on for the organization or for selected teams.
Connect Miro and the other tools your team already uses, and let Omnifact look up information and take care of everyday tasks.
