ClickUp is a productivity platform that combines tasks, docs, goals, chat, and time tracking in one app. Teams use it to plan projects, manage workloads, and keep documentation next to the work it describes.
Review and create ClickUp tasks, change their status or assignee, write in ClickUp Docs, and start a timer or log time, all without leaving the conversation. The ClickUp integration lets users manage tasks, lists, folders, Docs, and Chat directly from Omnifact. Users sign in with their own ClickUp account and only see and change items they have access to in ClickUp.
Find tasks, lists, folders, and Docs by keyword, or filter tasks by tag or task type.
Add one or many tasks to a list with assignees, due dates, and priority, change their status or custom fields, or delete tasks.
Add or remove tags, link related tasks, set dependencies, attach files, and move tasks or add them to other lists.
Read a task's comments and threaded replies, and add comments that mention teammates.
Start or stop a timer on a task, log time after the fact, and review time entries for a task, list, folder, or space.
See how long a task, or every task in a list, has been in each status.
See how your spaces, folders, and lists are structured, and create or rename lists and folders.
Read ClickUp Docs, create new ones, and add or edit pages.
See your Chat channels and post a message to one of them.

Omnifact answers questions about your ClickUp work and takes care of routine updates. Project leads ask which tasks are overdue or waiting in review, support teams find a bug report and its comments, and managers see how long tasks sit in each status. Omnifact can also combine ClickUp with your other connected tools in the same conversation.
Yes. Paste your meeting notes or attach the minutes, and Omnifact creates the follow-up tasks in the right ClickUp list with assignees, due dates, and priority. You review the list in the chat and confirm it before anything appears in ClickUp. Afterwards, ask Omnifact to change a due date or move a task.
Yes. Ask in plain language to start a timer on a task, stop it, or log two hours after the fact. Omnifact also lists the time entries for a task, list, or folder, which makes weekly reports and client billing quicker. Starting a timer or adding an entry waits for your confirmation by default.
Exactly what you can already see in ClickUp. Everyone signs in with their own ClickUp account, so requests run with each person's own permissions, changes appear under their name, and nothing runs through a shared admin account. Anyone can disconnect their account again at any time.
Yes. By default, creating, changing, or deleting a task, comment, or Doc waits for your confirmation in the chat, while lookups such as searching tasks or reading a Doc run right away. Admins decide which ClickUp actions are allowed, which need confirmation, and which are switched off, so a team can start with lookups and add more step by step.
Your ClickUp data stays in ClickUp under your agreement with ClickUp. Omnifact reads tasks and Docs live when a request needs them, instead of copying or indexing your workspace in advance, and what it reads becomes part of that conversation. Omnifact is operated in Germany, business data is not used to train the connected AI models, and admins can limit Omnifact to European or Europe-hosted models.
An Omnifact admin adds ClickUp once for the whole organization, and everyone then signs in with their own ClickUp account. There is nothing to prepare in ClickUp. Anyone can disconnect their account again at any time.
Connect ClickUp and the other tools your team already uses, and let Omnifact look up information and take care of everyday tasks.
