Slack is a messaging platform for teams that organizes conversations into channels, direct messages, and threads. Companies use it for day-to-day communication, file sharing, and connecting the other tools their teams work with.

The Slack integration lets you catch up on long threads, find the message where a decision was made, and post an update to a channel without leaving Omnifact. You can search past conversations, read full threads and channel histories, and send messages from a conversation. Users sign in with their own Slack account and only see and post to the channels and conversations they have access to in Slack.
