Notion is a connected app for notes, documents, wikis, project tracking, and databases. Teams use it to write and organize shared knowledge, plan projects, and manage structured information such as task lists and content calendars in one place.

Query a Notion database such as a project list, search your team's wiki, and capture the outcome of a conversation as a new page or a comment on an existing one. With the Notion integration, users can search and read their Notion pages and databases and create or update content directly from Omnifact. Users sign in with their own Notion account and only see and change pages and databases they have access to in Notion.

### Which Notion pages can Omnifact see for each person?

Exactly the pages and databases that person can already open in Notion, including their teamspaces and pages shared with them. Private pages of colleagues and teamspaces someone does not belong to stay private. Omnifact never works through a shared admin account, and anyone can disconnect their Notion account again at any time.

Yes. Omnifact uses several connected tools in one conversation and picks the ones a request needs. It can read a project brief in Notion, check the related Jira issue, and draft an update for the team in Slack, all in one request. Every tool your admin has added is available in every conversation.

### How does Omnifact handle Notion content?

Your Notion content stays in Notion under your agreement with Notion. Omnifact reads pages and database entries live when a request needs them, instead of copying or indexing your workspace in advance, and what it reads becomes part of that conversation. Omnifact is operated in Germany, business data is not used to train the connected AI models, and admins can limit Omnifact to European or Europe-hosted models.

### How do I connect Notion to Omnifact?

An Omnifact admin adds Notion once for the whole organization, and everyone then signs in with their own Notion account. There is nothing to prepare in Notion. If your Notion Enterprise workspace only allows approved AI apps, a Notion workspace owner approves Omnifact once first.
