# Gmail

Gmail is Google's email service, available for personal accounts and as part of Google Workspace for businesses. It groups messages into conversations and organizes them with labels, search, filters, and spam protection.

With the Gmail integration, you can find the email you need, read long threads and get their key points and open requests, and have a reply or a new email prepared from Omnifact. Replies are saved as drafts in Gmail, so you review and send them yourself. Users sign in with their own Google account and only see and draft emails in the mailbox they have access to in Gmail.

Google offers this integration as a preview. It may change, and your organization may need to enroll with Google before using it.
